Initial Contact
Once you get in touch, we’ll arrange a 30 minute call to understand your business, your
needs, and how we can help.
This is a relaxed, no-obligation, free conversation where you can ask questions and get a feel for how we work.
Step Two
Agreement and Getting Set Up
If you’re happy to go ahead, We’ll send over a clear outline of the services we’ve agreed,
along with our terms of engagement.
Everything is straightforward and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect.
Step Three
Onboarding Form
You’ll then be asked to complete a short online onboarding form. This gathers key
information about your business, such as contact details, business structure, and current bookkeeping arrangements. It’s designed to be simple and won’t take long to complete.
If you do have any questions though, we’re always here to assist.
Step Four
ID Verification
As part of UK Anti-Money Laundering [AML] regulations, we’re required to carry out
identity checks. You’ll be able to securely upload proof of ID and address online. This is
a standard process and helps keep everything compliant.
Step Five
Access to Your Records
Depending on your current setup, We will need access to your accounting software,
bank feeds, or existing records. We’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed and help
you with this step if required. No technical knowledge is needed, leave the admin to us.
Step Six
Review and Clean-Up (if needed)
If you already have existing bookkeeping, we can carry out an initial review to make sure everything is accurate and up to date. If anything needs tidying up, we’ll let you know and take care of it with your approval, everything spick and span and just in it’s right place.
Step Seven
Ongoing Support
Once everything is set up, we’ll begin managing your bookkeeping as agreed. You’ll
have ongoing support, regular updates if needed, and the reassurance that your records are being kept in order, the door is always open for any questions and queries.
